The first batch of international students to study in Russia in March 2023, under the guidance of our teacher, took a plane from Beijing Daxing Airport to Russia and safely arrived in the Russian capital Moscow after nearly 6 hours of flight. Next, we transferred from Moscow to the third largest city in Russia, Yekaterinburg. During this time, our teacher explained some precautions in Russia to the students, as well as precautions during the transfer.
After arriving at Ural National Medical University, our academic affairs teacher led the students through the admission procedures. Optimize, refine, and simplify various processes and arrangements to ensure that procedures such as check-in, campus card collection, physical examination appointments, and visa interviews are convenient and in place. The students stated that they will strive to learn professional knowledge and contribute to the cooperation between the two countries in the field of medicine. At the same time, they also hope to expand their international perspective and improve their overall quality through this study abroad experience.
The Russian school authorities have also arranged campus visits, delicious food tasting and other enrollment education activities for international students and freshmen, striving to create a good learning and exchange environment, so that all freshmen can quickly adapt to the environment and integrate into the Ural State Medical University. This also injects new vitality into the exchange and cooperation between China and Russia in the field of medicine. We look forward to seeing more Chinese international students showcase their talents on the international stage and contribute to the promotion of friendly development between China and Russia.
