The school includes 10 colleges and 67 departments: special psychology, medicine, pediatrics, medical, preventive work, dentistry, pharmacy, nursing, accident and trauma identification, forensic science, child care, rehabilitation medicine, massage, sports human medicine, electrotherapy, clinical psychology, physical education teaching, psychological counseling education, and other majors.

Among them, 2 professors were awarded the honorary title of "meritorious scientific activists of the Russian Federation", 8 professors were awarded the honorary title of "meritorious doctors of the Russian Federation", 33 teachers became health care model workers, and 9 teachers became exemplary individual in institutions of higher learning of the Russian Federation.

Pacific National Medical University has five teaching buildings: the main office building, two experimental buildings, the humanities building, and the morphology building.

The main teaching venue covers an area of 1894 square meters, and the teaching building has a total of 7 classrooms, which can accommodate 1587 people. The school has a preventive medicine sanatorium, where over 1500 students and classrooms attend therapeutic and rehabilitation studies annually.
